By requesting, scheduling, or utilizing services provided by Relentless Fleetworks and Towing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “Vehicle Owner”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Relentless Fleetworks and Towing provides, but is not limited to:
Emergency towing services
Vehicle recovery (light, medium, and heavy-duty)
Accident scene management
Winch-outs and off-road recovery
Fleet services and roadside assistance
Mechanical diagnostics and automotive repair
Fabrication and specialty modifications
Vehicle transport and relocation
Equipment hauling
All services are performed subject to availability, weather conditions, site safety, and operational discretion.
By requesting service, you confirm that:
You are the legal owner of the vehicle, or
You are authorized by the owner, lineholder, fleet manager, or insurer to request service.
You grant the Company permission to:
Access, move, tow, transport, recover, repair, and store the vehicle as necessary.
Enter private property when authorized by the requesting party.
Take photographs for documentation and liability protection.
4.1 Service Rates
Pricing is determined by:
Vehicle size and weight
Distance traveled
Complexity of recovery
Equipment required
Time of day (after-hours rates may apply)
Environmental or hazard conditions
Rates may include, but are not limited to:
Hook-up fee
Mileage charges
Recovery labor
Winching fees
Storage fees
Administrative charges
4.2 Payment Due
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Fleet accounts must comply with contracted payment terms.
We accept approved forms of payment as listed at dispatch.
Failure to remit payment may result in storage retention or collection proceedings.
Vehicles left in Company custody may incur:
Daily storage fees
Administrative processing fees
Lien processing fees
Vehicles not claimed within the legally permitted time frame under California law may be processed in accordance with applicable lien sale regulations.
Relentless Fleetworks and Towing shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing vehicle damage
Mechanical failures not caused by Company negligence
Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen operational constraints
Damage resulting from unstable terrain or accident scene hazards
Loss of personal items left in vehicle
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered, except where prohibited by law.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Relentless Fleetworks and Towing, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:
Unauthorized service requests
Misrepresentation of vehicle ownership
Hazardous conditions not disclosed
Illegal cargo or materials within the vehicle
For safety reasons, our operators may:
Refuse unsafe recovery conditions
Decline hazardous material involvement
Delay service until conditions are secure
All operational decisions are made at the discretion of trained personnel.
Service cancellations may incur fees if:
Operator has been dispatched
Equipment has been mobilized
Travel has begun
Cancellation fees are determined based on operational costs incurred.
Relentless Fleetworks and Towing operates with appropriate commercial coverage.
Any damage claims must be:
Reported immediately
Submitted in writing within 5 business days
Supported with documentation and evidence
Claims will be investigated in accordance with our insurance procedures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate court jurisdiction within Los Angeles County, California.
